This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location along the river in a quiet street. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive, from the well-appointed rooms with ground-floor balconies overlooking the pool, to the friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including freshly squeezed juice.
All was okay, nothing to complain about.

This hidden gem was exactly what we were looking for! The pool and gardens were lush and tropical, just like a postcard. We were pleasantly surprised with the free upgraded room and the amazing dining experience. The food was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The location was a bit tricky to find at first, but that also made it feel like a secluded oasis. We also wish there had been more amenities, like a fitness center or spa, but the relaxation and tranquility of the gardens made up for it.

Beautifully decorated property with a natural ambiance. Warm and friendly staff.
Weak shower and slow drainage in the rooms. Slow or nonexistent wifi at the pool area.

The hotel is located down the street from the bustling centre of Siem Reap, making it convenient for those who prefer a quieter atmosphere. It is well away from the tourist centre but still close enough to get to everything if desired.
One reviewer mentioned that the internet connection was weak and unreliable, so if staying connected is important, it may be better to choose a different hotel.
